The Visionary vs. The Operator
Most founders are stuck because they are trying to do two very important jobs at once.
There are two modes every founder operates in. Most people are naturally stronger in one or the other. And very few can do both well at the same time.
The Visionary
Generates the destination. Sees the future. Thinks in big ideas and possibilities. The reason the business exists.
The Operator
Builds the road to get there. Turns big ideas into step-by-step plans. Energized by execution. The reason the business actually moves.
Most founders start out doing both. It works for a while. But as the business grows, the cognitive load gets heavier and at some point it becomes impossible to do both well.
Find out which one you areThe Problem
Your business is growing quickly or it is stuck at a growth ceiling.
In both cases, the root cause is the same. You've probably felt this:
How the business runs lives in your head. Very little is written down
You are overfunctioning in too many areas and wearing all the hats
Everything feels urgent and on fire
Your team waits on you for decisions and direction
Work is inconsistent because standards are not clear
It is hard to get people to truly own their roles
You have a difficult time retaining good people
You often end the day thinking, I was so busy, but what did I actually get done?
This isn't a you problem. It's an infrastructure problem.
We will never tell you to work less. We will help you build the infrastructure so you can put your energy exactly where it belongs. That is not the same thing.
The Real Cost
And it's costing you more than you realize.
When you have 10, 20, 50+ people on payroll, the cost of no infrastructure is measurable.
"Most founders think they need to hire HR sooner than they need to. Build the infrastructure first. A lack of infrastructure creates the people problems that make you think you need HR."
Your time goes to decisions and questions your team should be handling
You're paying people to do jobs they can't fully do because the processes and clarity aren't there
You are losing good people. A-players will not stay where there is no structure, no development, and no clear path to grow
Turnover keeps repeating because there's no structure to develop or retain people
The longer this goes unfixed, the harder and more expensive it becomes to fix
The Vision
Stop running your business. Start leading it.
When your infrastructure is built and you are leading from it, here is what actually changes:
Your team makes decisions without you
Every role has decision rights and every scenario has a framework.
New hires ramp faster and generate revenue sooner
Everything they need is documented and ready on day one.
Know exactly how every role is performing
You will see how every team member is performing without chasing status updates.
Good people stay
They have a clear path to grow and their work is being recognized.
Knowledge stays
When someone leaves the company, the knowledge stays — it's in the system, not in their head.
Focus on the areas where you add the most value
Step back, take time off, or focus on growth — you are not being pulled in 5 different directions.
Infrastructure without leadership development does not produce this. Leadership development without infrastructure does not stick. Orbsi focuses on both.
We are not here to pull you out of your business. We are here to help you build a business you can pour into fully, in the right places, with the right people running everything else.
What Business Infrastructure Is
Most founders do not know what they are missing until they see it named.
Business infrastructure is the foundation your business is built on and most businesses are missing the majority of these pieces. Here is what each one does for your business:
Every team member understands who you are, what you stand for, and what your business does and does not do. This is the founder's story, mission, vision, and values. Your products / services and differentiators. When it is documented, your team makes decisions that reflect the business standards.
Every person knows exactly what they own, what they are accountable for, and what success looks like in their role.
Your team can make decisions without coming to you or their manager first.
Everyone knows who reports to whom and how the business is organized.
Pay decisions are consistent, defensible, and based on a defined structure.
Recurring situations are handled the right way every time. Your leaders do not have to guess or make it up as they go. You stop being the person who settles every edge case.
Your team knows what good performance looks like in their role and you have a system for addressing those who are not performing.
Every person on your team knows exactly what they are being measured on. Every role either directly generates revenue, protects revenue, or enables the people and systems that do. When metrics are defined and tracked, you always know whether a role is contributing or costing.
You have a clear set of numbers that tell you whether the business is healthy. You are not guessing. You are not reacting. You are looking at the right data and making decisions based on what is actually happening.
New hires ramp faster and start generating revenue sooner because everything they need is documented and ready from day one.
The core functions of your business are documented so there is no question about how things get done.
Your team knows what they need to do to grow within your business.
Your team runs on a consistent meeting cadence so nothing important falls through the cracks. One-on-ones happen regularly. Leadership meets with purpose. Quarterly and annual planning gets done on time. Everyone knows when they are meeting, why they are meeting, and what they are working toward. The business and the team stays aligned.

And... we help you build and implement all of this in your business.
The Centralization Problem
You need to choose one place to put everything.
Once your infrastructure pieces get built, you must house them in one location your team can access and update. In almost every business we work with we see documents outdated and scattered across Google Drive, Dropbox, project management software, email threads, and productivity tools nobody uses consistently.
The result? Your team cannot find what they need. Leaders answer the same questions over and over. New hires spend their first weeks asking where things are instead of doing the job they were hired to do. And when someone leaves, the knowledge they carry walks out with them.
The 30-second rule
Your team should be able to find what they need in under 30 seconds. If they cannot, you are wasting time and money. Every single day. This is not a small problem.

According to McKinsey, employees spend 1.8 hours every day searching for information. That is 9.3 hours a week. Put another way: businesses hire 5 employees but only 4 show up to work. The fifth is searching.
Here is what that costs your business

For a team of 10 people earning an average of $35 per hour, scattered information costs your business over $160,000 a year in salary paid to people looking for things. Not doing things. Looking for things.
54%
of organizations use more than 5 different platforms for documenting and sharing information

And beyond the money: not having what you need to do your job is frustrating. It signals to your team that the business is not organized enough to set them up properly. That erodes trust and quietly pushes good people out the door before you ever see it coming.
Introducing the Orbsi Platform
Your company's infrastructure built and centralized all in one place.
The Orbsi platform gives you the 5 layers of infrastructure built, documented, centralized and integrated so you and your team can move faster.
Company Profile
Your brand, your story, your standards — all in one place. The foundation everything else is built on and the first thing every new team member understands about who you are and why you exist.
Organizational Structure
A clear org chart. Defined roles with decision rights. Reporting lines with no overlap. Salary bands that make compensation decisions consistent. Every person knows exactly what they own and what they can decide without coming to you.
Systems & Processes
Your processes, SOPs, and workflows — documented and centralized. Every team member knows how work gets done, consistently, the same way, every time. And when someone new joins, they have a complete onboarding plan and a documented understanding of everything they own from day one.
Performance Visibility
Role-specific metrics for every position. Real-time performance tracking at the company, department, and role level. A documented performance management system with templates for reviews, documentation, and career growth pathways. Your team knows what winning looks like. You know how the business is actually performing.
Technology
The centralization layer that ties everything together. One platform where your entire infrastructure lives — searchable, accessible, and always up to date. No more scattered documents across five different tools. Your team finds what they need in under 30 seconds.
Why We Built It
We built the Orbsi platform to be your business's one source of truth that your whole team can access. But it does more than just store the infrastructure you build. It actually helps you build it.
We infused AI into the platform so founders can build their own infrastructure using the exact methodology we use with our 1:1 clients, backed by 15+ years of business infrastructure experience. This is not generic AI giving you random outputs. This is our expertise, on demand, guiding you step by step through each foundational layer:
- Company profile
- People
- Processes
- Performance
- Technology, including integrating the tools you already use to support your structure
Orbsi AI helps you build your infrastructure
Orbsi AI guides you through our exact methodology to build your infrastructure yourself. Same process we use with 1:1 clients. No advisor required. When you add a new team member, Orbsi AI automatically builds their full package: job description, onboarding plan, role metrics, and career pathway.
Centralization
It centralizes everything in one place, searchable and accessible to your whole team in under 30 seconds. It tracks when processes need to be reviewed, when annual performance reviews are due, and when anything needs your attention.
Generates your company playbook on demand
It generates your full company playbook on demand. Everything inside the platform, compiled into one document, ready to share with your team, a new hire, and a potential buyer or investor.
Real-Time Performance Visibility
You see exactly how your business and your team are performing, in real time. Connect the tools you already use and Orbsi pulls your data in automatically. No more waiting for updates. No more guessing who is hitting their numbers. You see it the moment you log in.
What It Is Like to Work With Us
We start by understanding where you are.
Before we build anything, we learn about your business. What matters most to you right now. No two businesses are the same and we do not treat them that way.
The Business Infrastructure Audit.
We start with an assessment of your current infrastructure. We look at what you currently have, what is missing, and what your team actually needs to operate without you at the center.
We build it.
Whether you are building it yourself through the platform with Orbsi AI or working 1:1 with an Orbsi advisor, the process is the same. Sequenced, guided, and built to the Orbsi standard.
We train you and your leaders.
Building infrastructure is only half the work. The other half is making sure it actually gets used. Once the people management systems, corrective action processes, onboarding flow, and compensation model are built, we walk you through each one. How it works. When to use it. For founders who have a leadership team, we extend that training to their leaders so the people responsible for running these systems understand them and can hold their teams accountable to them.
Your business runs from it.
We stay engaged until the infrastructure is actually running. Not just built and handed over.
Develop the leader behind the business.
Building your infrastructure and developing yourself as a leader are not a sequence. They are parallel. The systems give your team something to run from. This work gives you the ability to lead from them. Every stage of growth your business goes through requires a new version of you. The founder who got you here is not the same leader who will get you to the next stage. We work on that together.
If you are working with us one on one, your business infrastructure is complete in 30 to 60 days depending on your business size and what we are building.
The audit tells us which end of that range you are on before we start.
Beyond Infrastructure
CEO & Leadership Development
Building a business is hard. Leading the people inside it is a whole different skill set. You can have the best infrastructure in the world and still find yourself struggling to actually lead your team through it.
Building your infrastructure and developing yourself as a leader are not a sequence. They are parallel.
Develop as a Leader
Work on how you lead, communicate, and regulate yourself when things get hard.
Emotional Intelligence
Hold people accountable without it feeling personal. Have the hard conversations.
Clinical + Business Expertise
15+ years of operations experience combined with a clinical background as a licensed therapist.
How to Work With Us
Three ways to work with us.
Each option is designed for a different type of founder. Where you are, what you need, and how you want to work are different. We built three paths to reflect that.
Option 1
Build It Yourself with Orbsi AI
$1,000 one-time onboarding fee, then $99/mo
One flat rate regardless of team size or number of users
Additional locations: $59/mo each
This option is for the founder who has the time and desire to build their own infrastructure. The Orbsi AI guides you through the exact methodology we use with our full implementation clients in sequence using your inputs and our proven frameworks. Same methodology. Same standard. Same output. You drive the build.
Best for: founders who are operationally strong, know their business well, and want to own the build themselves.
Option 2
Full Infrastructure Build
Investment starting at $6,000
Scoped by company size and complexity, then optional $99/month for the platform
Additional business locations: $59/mo each
This is where we do the work together. An Orbsi advisor builds your full infrastructure from start to finish using our five-pillar methodology. Your Company Profile, People systems, Processes, Performance framework, and Technology setup. You review and approve at each step. Once the build is done, we train you and your leaders on how to use everything we put in place. We stay engaged until it is actually running.
Optional access to the Orbsi platform at $99/month. If you already have a system you use for centralization, you do not need ours. It is a tool, not a requirement to work with us.
Best for: founders who are ready to have their infrastructure built and want an expert to do it with them.
Option 3
Orbsi Advisory & CEO Development
Investment starting at $1,500/month
Month-to-month. No minimum commitment.
This is ongoing one-to-one advising, consulting, and CEO development. Our leadership experts work directly with you on the founder-to-CEO transition. How you develop yourself as the leader your business needs now. How you develop your team. How you hold yourself and your leaders accountable to the systems you built. How you stay focused on your zone of genius instead of falling back into old patterns.
This option is also available without a monthly retainer. Getting ready to sell your business? Restructuring your compensation model or your team? Adding a new location or department? We scope those as a project and price accordingly.
Built By Someone Who Lived It
It was a Saturday afternoon and I will always remember this exact moment.
I was sitting at my oldest son's baseball game. My husband was there, parents all around us cheering and clapping for the team. And there I was, sitting in the stands, proofreading an email trying to meet a deadline. I looked up and out of the corner of my eye and saw my husband just glaring at me. I missed my son's best hit of the season. He did not say a word. He did not have to. I knew exactly what he was thinking and I knew exactly what needed to change.
I love baseball. I grew up around it. I genuinely get excited for my son's games. And yet there I was, completely fixated on getting an email out. At that point I had 36 team members supporting me in the business. Any one of those 36 people could have handled what I was working on. The amount of work I was taking on daily, despite having a team around me, was absurd. I had built the business to completely revolve around me. I was the operating system. And I knew that if I stepped away, nothing would keep going because I had built it that way.
I am an over-functioner. I genuinely enjoy working. But I knew that if I wanted to keep doing the things I love, in business and in life, I needed to get clear on what my role actually was. And I needed to build the systems and infrastructure around me so the business could move away from me being the operating system and toward me building the operating system my team can run the business from.
I always thought that being a good leader meant being involved in every single aspect of the business. What I have learned, and what I now see in every client we work with, is that that is actually the thing that hinders your team the most. What makes you a good leader is being able to set clear standards and expectations, trust your team and hold them accountable to the roles they were hired for, and stay in your zone of genius. That is where you provide the most value. Watching that transition happen, in myself and in my clients, is what it's all about. They grow their businesses in a healthy way. They are present at baseball games, ballet recitals, soccer games. And they are able to focus on what matters most.
Building the infrastructure and developing yourself as the leader behind it are not a sequence. They are parallel. You can build all the right systems and still not let go because the identity has not shifted yet. And you can do all the inner work and still have nothing for your team to run from. The founders who make the transition well do both at the same time. That is the philosophy behind Orbsi.
In-Person Workshops
Two-day intensive workshops for founders ready to build the infrastructure their business demands.
People Foundations
Your people problems are not a people problem.
They are an infrastructure problem. The People Workshop is two days of methodology-driven work for founders who are ready to build the hiring, development, and leadership systems their business needs.
Operations Foundations
Your business is growing on a foundation that was never built to hold it.
Your business cannot grow past you until it stops depending on you. The Operations Workshop is two days of methodology-driven work for founders who are ready to build the infrastructure that lets the business run, scale, and free them up to focus where they actually add the most value.
Client Experiences
What founders say after working with us.
"Before Orbsi, I was the bottleneck in every decision. Within 60 days, my team had the infrastructure to run without me at the center. I finally feel like a CEO, not a firefighter."
